We have some exciting news: effective April 1, 2025, A&E Technologies LLC has officially joined Decision Systems. It’s a meaningful step forward for our company, and we’re proud to welcome the AE Technologies team and their clients into the fold.
A&E Technologies has spent years building trusted relationships with small and mid-sized businesses across 30+ states. That track record matters to us. This acquisition isn’t about replacing what they’ve built; it’s about building on it.
What Decision Systems brings to the table
Decision Systems is a Golden, Colorado-based managed services provider. We work with small and mid-sized businesses, typically 10 to 300 employees, that need enterprise-grade IT capabilities without the overhead of a full internal IT team. Our clients rely on us as their strategic technology partner: someone who understands their business, keeps their systems secure and running, and helps them make smart decisions about technology.
We’re a Microsoft partner with deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Defender, Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot. We’re also proud to operate a veteran apprenticeship program, training military veterans for careers in IT. It’s a reflection of our values and our founder’s own career transition out of the Army into the tech world.
